Organizational Chart

United Way Taiwan is governed by a Board of Directors and audited by a Board of Trustees, whose members all hold their position on a volunteer base . The board members are elected by the General Assembly of Association Members every three years. The Board of Directors also establishes the Allocation and Review Committee, the Public Relationship and Campaign Committee, and the Research and Development Committee.

The secretariat, with 20 full-time employees and headed by one Deputy Secretary General and one Secretary Genera l, takes charge of daily operation of UWT. It is composed of five departments: Public Affairs & Resource Development, Program Management (Fund Allocation & Proposal Review), Financial and General Management, Research and Development, as well as IT and Administration.
